“We have been in our new home built by Hancock Builders, for 5 months now, and can honestly say it is everything we dreamed it would be. Building a new home is a significant investment, so choosing the right builder was a huge decision for us, one which we took our time in making, and we are delighted we chose Luke as our builder.
Luke was very accommodating as we went through the plans together. He seemed as excited about our plans as we were, and through discussions about what he could do in different areas, we arrived at a shared vision of the big picture, that we were all happy with. Nothing was too much trouble for Luke to address and we really appreciated his flexibility and willingness to act on changes we made. For example, he was happy for us to use our own milled timber on the floors, and then to extend the timber into 2 more rooms, instead of the planned carpet. Being first home buyers/builders we really wanted to make sure we chose one, a quality builder to build our dream home and too one we could trust.
